Each property is cared for with the same attention and respect we would give our own, with increased monitoring during extreme cold or severe weather conditions to help prevent potential issues before they become costly problems.

Weekly or Bi-Weekly basis

Scheduled Property Inspections

Inspections are conducted on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your preferences and the needs of the property. Each visit follows a structured checklist to ensure all essential systems and areas are functioning properly and remain in excellent condition.

Exterior:
- Roofing, doors, windows, gutters, window wells, yard, outside sillcocks, lighting
Interior:
- Room-by-room, garage, cellar, refrigerators, freezers, mechanical systems, fuel tank, thermostats, smoke detectors, water leaks, carbon monoxide detectors, toilet flushing, water running

Please note: during very cold and/or stormy weather, site visits will increase at the discretion of PAV CONSTRUCTION LLC

Storm checks after extreme weather conditions during contract period
Thermostat, fuel level and other systems checked at each inspection

Spring Preparation

Our spring services prepare your home for the warmer months, ensuring both interior and exterior spaces are ready for comfortable living and entertaining.

General seasonal cleaning
Screen installation
Activation of outdoor showers and irrigation systems
Activation of exterior water connections (Shillcock’s)
Deck and patio furniture setup
Installation of screens on storm doors

Winterization Services

Winter preparation focuses on protecting your home from freezing temperatures and harsh coastal conditions.

Shut down outdoor showers and irrigation systems
Removal and storage of deck and patio furniture
Gutter cleaning
Removal and storage of screens
Installation of storm door glass panels
Shut off and drainage of exterior water connections (Shillcock’s)
